Digital Pet Portrait
Requires a new or past portrait purchase. If you already purchased a custom portrait in the past, send us an email to info@sketchpupbykellin.com with the info of the purchase, name of the pet or any photo that can help find the art in our files. With your purchase, we donate to animal rescues.
- You will receive your digital pet portrait by email (300 DPI resolution)
- You can use your digital art as social media icon, for your website (you must credit me as the artist) or social media platform banners, a personal print for room decor, tee, coffee mug, etc. Unless discussed, commissions are for personal use only. Personal commissions cannot be used on products or any item that will be recreated, redistributed or sold to make any profit. I will email you a personal commission agreement to sign.

Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email us to info@sketchpupbykellin.com before you return the item to us.
The return address is set by default on the delivery slip. When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and we don't do size exchanges. Hopefully you understand that this is a custom print item.
