We ship internationally to all countries except to Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. The transit time can vary from country to country. It could take between 15 to 25 days aproximately after fulfillment. (Price calculated at check out)
Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email us to info@sketchpupbykellin.com before you return the item to us.
The return address is set by default on the delivery slip. When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and we don't do size exchanges. Hopefully you understand that this is a custom print item.
